Common Questions

Which bands do you recommend to buy?

Search "Pull up bands" on Amazon.  Any of those brands will work just fine. You can get the whole set of bands (usually 4 or 5) or just use one.

I don't have a stairwell.  Can I use something else to tie the bands on?

Any object bolted to the ground will be just fine.  You just need one sturdy anchor point.  A fence, a patio, a park bench, a street lamp, a playground, are all good examples.  You can use some door handles in your home, but depending on how strong you are, some movements may be risky.
